About Reiki

Reiki is a holistic healing practice that supports relaxation and healing on a physical, mental, and emotional level. It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy. We all get energy blocks in our 10-body system and reiki helps to move and transmute stagnant energy and heal the body, mind and spirit. Much like remote tarot readings, you can now enjoy the convenience and comfort of remote reiki sessions by Lauren from your own home. You will feel the calming and healing effects of Reiki as it helps you cultivate balance, well-being and inner peace. Lauren received both her Reiki I and Reiki II Certification from Dr. Amy King in Atlanta, GA. Upon booking, Lauren will provide you with details about what to do before, during and after your reiki session.
